Do you like Eurokrem, Nutella, Lino...? You can make them at home, just like our grandmothers did. You don't need much time - in half an hour you can enjoy a delicious chocolate spread - homemade Eurokrem.

Needed:

  • 2 cups hazelnuts
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder (or finely grated dark chocolate)
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

<strong>Preparation: </strong>

Heat the oven to 180ºC, bake the hazelnuts for about 15 minutes, take care not to overcook them, as the taste of the cream will depend on that. When the hazelnuts have cooled, peel them with a cloth (or paper towel), or you can also use your hands. Then pour them into a blender and grind until you get a fine cream. Add powdered sugar, cocoa powder, vegetable oil, vanilla and salt. Blend until the mixture is smooth and shiny.

Pour into a jar, enjoy immediately or refrigerate until serving.
