Eggs with beets.
Eggs with beets, ingredients:
- 150 ml of beetroot juice from a jar,
- 6 peeled hard-boiled eggs,
- 1 small jar of beets,
- 100 ml of apple cider vinegar,
- 100 ml of water,
- 6 cloves of garlic,
- 1 full spoon of salt,
- 10 peppercorns i
- 100 g of sugar.
Eggs with beets, preparation:
- (If you use beets from a jar for the preparation.)
- Pour 150 ml of beetroot juice from the jar, add all the other ingredients: vinegar, water, sugar, salt and let it boil, stirring constantly to dissolve the sugar and salt. Reduce the temperature and cook on low heat for ten minutes.
- In a large jar, arrange the cut beetroot into rings (from the jar). Put eggs, cloves of garlic, and again beetroot rings. Add peppercorns and pour with cooked and cooled marinade.
- Close the jars with lids and leave for at least 48 hours before use.
