Pepperoni for the winter.

Pepperoni for the winter, ingredients:

For topping:

  • 2 l of water,
  • 4 tablespoons of salt,
  • 2 spoons of sugar,
  • 1/2 bag of grapes,
  • 1/2 sachet of preservative.

Other:

  • 1 kg of pepperoni (hot peppers).

Pepperoni for the winter, preparation:

  • Wash the hot peppers well. If they have long stems, cut them off a bit.
  • Pour water into a deep bowl, add salt, sugar, grape juice, preservative and mix.
  • Let it stand until all the ingredients are dissolved in the water.
  • Stir occasionally.
  • Place the peppers in well-washed jars, so that they are as close as possible to each other.
  • Cover them with the prepared mixture.
  • Close the jars well with lids and store in the pantry.

Tip: I got 5 jars from this quantity. It all depends on the size of the jars, as well as the peppers. I had both smaller and slightly larger peppers. The important thing is that they are angry.
