Stuffed chrono pepper - someone will wonder what kind of stuffed pepper is without rice or some other carbohydrate. So beautiful, nice, juicy and delicious.

  • 11 bell peppers (average size)
  • 800 g of minced meat (without fat)
  • 100 g of hot kulen
  • 2 tablespoons of grape seed oil
  • 2 purple onions (large heads)
  • 2 tablespoons of dried chive powder
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 liters of homemade tomato juice -
  • Himalayan salt
  • beaver
  • garlic
  • onion
  • 1 tablespoon sun-dried tomatoes (for flavor)
  1. Finely chop the onion and put it to stew in oil, salted.
  2. During that time, I ground the meat and put all the necessary spices.
  3. When the onion became glassy, I served it with the meat and mixed everything well.
  4. I cleaned the seeds from the peppers, filled them with the meat mixture and arranged them on the bottom of the pot (my pot is quite large). I sprinkled the rest of the meat on top of the peppers.
  5. I poured tomato juice over the peppers and brought it to a boil. As soon as it started to boil, I threw in the bay leaves and reduced the heat to just enough to bring it to a slow boil.
  6. I kept it uncovered just a little so that the excess liquid would evaporate and thus get the goose dressing.
  7. It simmered like that for a good two hours.
The kulen I ground together with the meat gave a wonderful spicy aroma. In the chrono diet, meat from two types of animals is not mixed in one meal. Likewise, tomatoes should be domestically produced, because the purchased ones have additives. But you can also buy pasteurized, because there are no additives in it.
