Pasta with zucchini and feta cheese.
- 200 g of pasta
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 1 piece of zucchini (smaller)
- 1 piece of black onion
- 200 g of mushrooms
- 1 piece of yellow pepper
- 150 g of feta cheese
- 1 teaspoon of oregano
- 2 tablespoons parsley (chopped)
- so
- pepper (ground)
- 0,5 teaspoon of turmeric powder
- Cook the pasta in salted water and drain.
- Fry in 2 spoons of oil until the liquid evaporates 1 head of finely chopped onion and champignons chopped into leaves.
- Add peppers, diced zucchini, chopped parsley, salt, ground pepper, oregano and turmeric.
- Fry until the peppers and zucchini are soft.
- Add cooked drained pasta, grated feta and mix on fire for 1 minute.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
