  • 2 pieces of zucchini
  • 3 pieces of egg
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • salt (if needed)
  • 250 g of cream cheese
  • 150 g of ham salami
  • 3 pieces of roasted peppers (cleaned fillets)
  • oil (if needed)
  1. Wash the zucchini well and peel them. Cut them lengthwise into thin sheets. Salt the zucchini leaves and leave them to soften. Then roll the zucchini in flour and then in beaten eggs and fry them in hot oil on both sides until golden brown. Take them out on a paper napkin to absorb excess fat. Leave them to cool. During this time, prepare the filling: cut the ham and pepper fillets into cubes. Separately beat the cream cheese, garlic powder and spices to taste, add the ham and pepper and mix everything. Spread the fried zucchini leaves with cheese filling and roll up. Fasten the rolls with a toothpick
