  • 5 eggs
  • 120 g of sugar
  • 200 g of chocolate
  • 120 g margarine
  • 40 g flour
  • 40 g of hazelnuts
  • 40 g of almonds
  • 80 g of walnuts
  • 1/2 bag of baking powder
  • 1 spoons of semolina
  • 1 teaspoon of powdered sugar
  • 8 aluminum baskets
  • cherries
  • For decoration:
  • whip cream
  • chocolate crumbs
  • chocolate topping
  1. Separate the white from the yolk. Beat egg yolks with sugar. Melt the chocolate with margarine, cool and combine with egg yolks. Add flour, baking powder, ground walnuts, hazelnuts and almonds and mix well with a mixer. Beat the egg whites until stiff and add to the previous mixture, do not beat with a mixer but by hand, with a wooden whisk. Lubricate the baskets with margarine and flour, fill them halfway, add some rolled cherries and semolina and powdered sugar and add a little more mixture. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 200 C. Cool and decorate as desired. Pleasant!
