Pie with young cheese - soft and juicy, reminiscent of childhood.
- 500 g pie crust
- 4 pieces of eggs
- 300 g of young cheese
- 2 dl oil
- 1 dl of sour water
- 0,5 bags of baking powder
- salt (little)
- sesame seeds (a little for sprinkling)
- Beat the egg whites first, then add the egg yolk, crumble it, add oil, sour water, salt and baking powder.
- Mix the filling well with a fork.
- Put two spoonfuls of filling on each crust. Roll up the crust from one side and the other and make a noodle.
- Repeat the process until all the ingredients are used up.
- Arrange in a baking tray and cover with a little filling. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Bake at 200 C until golden brown.
