This is the 12th episode of Gastronomic Conversations, the guest was Boban Marković. We visited Leštane, a settlement in the Grocka municipality that belongs to the city of Belgrade.
Boban Marković, our host, is the owner of an agricultural farm that produces fruit and wholemeal flour. You can find him at the market in block 44, stalls 255 and 256. Boban continues the agricultural production tradition of his parents. The total area under fruit is 12 ha and under corn 3 ha. The whole family is involved in all activities of the farm.
