Cake, ingredients:
- 200 g of buckwheat flour,
- 200 g of corn flour,
- 100 g spelled flour,
- 1 teaspoon dry yeast,
- 1 teaspoon of salt,
- 1 teaspoon of sugar and
- water so that the dough is neither too thick nor too thin.

Cake, preparation:
- Mix all the ingredients well, grease the pan and put it in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes.
- Garnish to taste.
The scone is excellent.
