Cake, ingredients:

  • 200 g of buckwheat flour,
  • 200 g of corn flour,
  • 100 g spelled flour,
  • 1 teaspoon dry yeast,
  • 1 teaspoon of salt,
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar and
  • water so that the dough is neither too thick nor too thin.

Cake, preparation:

  • Mix all the ingredients well, grease the pan and put it in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes.
  • Garnish to taste.

The scone is excellent.
