  • 500 g pie crust
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 250 g of small cheese
  • 1 cup of sour cream (180g)
  • 200 ml of sour water
  • 50 ml of oil
  • seeds ((flax, sunflower, tick))
  1. Beat the eggs with a mixer. Add salt, cheese, sour cream, oil and sour water. Grease the pan with oil or line it with baking paper.

  2. Put two crusts on the bottom, separate one or two for the middle and two for the top. Crumple the other crusts, dip them in the filling and arrange them in the pan.

  3. Like this: two crusts on the bottom, four dipped in the filling on top, then dry flat again (one or two), then four folded and dipped in the filling and two flat on top. And put a spoonful of two fillings on top and spread it.

  4. Sprinkle the seeds.

  5. Bake for about 40 minutes in an oven heated to 200 C.
