Gingerbread without honey.
Gingerbread without honey:
- 330 g of flour,
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda,
- half a teaspoon of cinnamon,
- a pinch of cloves,
- a quarter of a teaspoon of nutmeg,
- 170 g of margarine,
- 250 g of sugar and
- 1 egg.
Gingerbread without honey, preparation:
- Sift flour with baking soda, beat margarine with sugar, add egg, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg and prepared flour.
- Mix the dough well, spread it to the thickness of your little finger, remove the rings with a glass. More or less according to your taste.
- Arrange the gingerbreads in the pan, leaving a gap between them so they don't stick together.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about twenty minutes, or until they are baked.
