Gourmet pie.
Gourmet pie, ingredients:
- 500 g of thin skins,
- 500 g of small cheese,
- 2 dl sour cream,
- 1 dl of sour water,
- 4 haha,
- a bag of dry yeast,
- 100 g of chopped kulen,
- 1 dl of oil,
- salt to taste.
Gourmet pie, preparation:
- Beat eggs, cheese, sour cream. Add sour water, kulen, a little salt and finally add dry yeast. Combine everything well.
- In a greased pan, arrange: crust, filling, and so on until everything is used up.
- Brush the pie with egg yolk and sprinkle with oregano (who likes it).
- Bake in a preheated oven until nicely browned.
