Grapes and peppers in olive oil.
- 2 liters of water (cold)
- 100 ml of essence
- 100 g of sugar
- 100 g of salt
for stuffing peppers
- 1 kg of feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons of Himalayan salt
- 1 teaspoon of ground white pepper
- 1 teaspoon of ground black pepper
- 500 g of white grapes
- 10 g of black peppercorns
- 10 g of white peppercorns
- 750 ml of olive oil
- 1,500 g of hot peppers of various colors
- 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
- First day
Put water, essence, salt, sugar in a pot.
Wash and clean the seeds from the peppers and put them in a pot with water and essence.
The peppers should stand in this mixture for 24 hours, and they should be stirred from time to time
with a wooden spoon.
- Day 2
Prepare the filling
Mash the feta cheese and add it.

mix everything well with feta
After 24 hours, drain the peppers from the mixture they were in
Stuff peppers with mashed cheese and place in a jar
Between the peppers, put ten white grapes in each jar
When the jars are filled with stuffed peppers and grapes, put 5-6 black peppercorns and 5-6 white peppercorns into each jar.
Fill each jar with olive oil.
Store in a dark and cool place Pleasant
Tip You can also use other types of spices to fill the peppers according to your preference and taste
