Pea soup - young peas, young carrots, potatoes... You can prepare various specialties from the above vegetables. Now I have decided on a nutritious, thick, soup that is prepared in an hour. About 15 minutes will be enough for you.
- 1 handful of young peas
- 4 pieces of young carrots
- 3 pieces of young potatoes
- 3 sprigs of dill
- so

- 1 liters of water
- Clean the vegetables.
- Cut the carrot and potato into smaller pieces.
- Cover with water and cook on medium heat until the vegetables are soft.
- Chop the vegetables with a stick blender or another food processor.
- Season with salt and pepper, add chopped dill and boil for 2-3 minutes.
- When serving, you can add 1/2 teaspoon of oil of your choice to each serving.
In addition to the mentioned spices, you can add garlic or something else of your choice to the vegetable broth/puree.
Note:
I used medium sized potatoes and carrots. If you have "potatoes" and "carrots", increase the quantity.
