Pea soup - young peas, young carrots, potatoes... You can prepare various specialties from the above vegetables. Now I have decided on a nutritious, thick, soup that is prepared in an hour. About 15 minutes will be enough for you.

  • 1 handful of young peas
  • 4 pieces of young carrots
  • 3 pieces of young potatoes
  • 3 sprigs of dill
  • so

  • 1 liters of water
  1. Clean the vegetables.

  2. Cut the carrot and potato into smaller pieces.

  3. Cover with water and cook on medium heat until the vegetables are soft.

  4. Chop the vegetables with a stick blender or another food processor.

  5. Season with salt and pepper, add chopped dill and boil for 2-3 minutes.

  6. When serving, you can add 1/2 teaspoon of oil of your choice to each serving.

Determine the thickness of the broth yourself - adjust the taste. You can make puree in the same way. In this case, the vegetables should be boiled in a little water.

In addition to the mentioned spices, you can add garlic or something else of your choice to the vegetable broth/puree.

Note:

I used medium sized potatoes and carrots. If you have "potatoes" and "carrots", increase the quantity.
