Grilled buns with leeks - quick, simple and tasty buns.
- 350 g of flour
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 0,5 bag of baking powder
- 1 stalk of leek
- 200 ml of sour water
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- oil (for coating)
- Mix flour, salt and baking powder. Pour sour water, oil and finely chopped leeks. Knead the dough and leave it for about 30 minutes at room temperature. Divide the rest of the dough into 6 parts. Thin the dough with your hands and coat with oil. Put the coated side in the pan to grill for about 10 minutes. Coat the other side and turn the buns over.
