Healthy bread, ingredients:

  • 4 egg whites,
  • 50 g ground flax seeds,
  • 1 teaspoon of salt.

Healthy bread, preparation:

  • Beat the egg whites, add salt and ground flax, and mix and separate in a baking sheet with paper.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees.
  • The bread is healthy because it does not contain gluten, it is good for those who are sensitive.

I make a triangular cake (toblerone) from egg yolks.
