My bread today.

Bread, ingredients:

  • 0,5 kg of flour
  • 0,5 dl oil
  • 2,5 dl of water
  • 1 spoon of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 15 g of yeast (1/3) cube

Bread, preparation:

  • Add sugar and yeast to lukewarm water, dissolve by stirring, add oil. Mix salt into the flour and knead the dough. If necessary, add more flour and knead until the dough does not stick to your hands.
  • Grease the tray, shape the cake and place it in the tray. Make cuts on the scone with a serrated knife.
  • Cover with foil and leave in a warm place to rise for at least an hour.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 220 degrees for about twenty minutes. It may take longer, it all depends on the oven.
  • Brush the finished bread with water, cover with a cloth and leave to cool.
  • If you like a soft crust, then cover the bread with a mosquito net or transparent foil.
