Hlepčiči - Verica Poznanović - Recipes and Cookbook online

Buns.

Buns, ingredients:

  • 600 - 700 g of flour,
  • 1 bag of dry yeast,
  • 3 dl of lukewarm water
  • 1 teaspoon of salt,
  • 1 egg and
  • 1 dl of oil.

To coat:

  • 1dl of water,
  • 1 spoons of flour and
  • a little salt.

Buns, preparation:

  • In sifted flour, add yeast, oil, salt, egg and knead the dough.
  • Leave the dough in a warm place to double in size.
  • Knead the resulting dough and divide it into four parts. Shape into loaves.
  • Transfer to an oiled tray and brush with oil. Prick them with a fork, or cut them with a knife.
    Bake in a heated oven at 250 degrees until golden brown.
  • Before taking them out of the oven, mix flour, water and salt and spread over the loaves.
  • Return to the oven for a few minutes to brown them a little more.
