Buns.
Buns, ingredients:
- 600 - 700 g of flour,
- 1 bag of dry yeast,
- 3 dl of lukewarm water
- 1 teaspoon of salt,
- 1 egg and
- 1 dl of oil.
To coat:
- 1dl of water,
- 1 spoons of flour and
- a little salt.
Buns, preparation:
- In sifted flour, add yeast, oil, salt, egg and knead the dough.
- Leave the dough in a warm place to double in size.
- Knead the resulting dough and divide it into four parts. Shape into loaves.
- Transfer to an oiled tray and brush with oil. Prick them with a fork, or cut them with a knife.
Bake in a heated oven at 250 degrees until golden brown. - Before taking them out of the oven, mix flour, water and salt and spread over the loaves.
- Return to the oven for a few minutes to brown them a little more.
