Chrono nutrition

The first principle of chrononutrition ( chrono nutrition ) was designed by dr. Alain Delabos, a French nutritionist, in the eighties of the twentieth century and it is based on respect for the lawfulness of the natural rhythms of the secretion of hormones and enzymes in our body. Some enzymes are secreted more in the morning, some in the afternoon, others in the evening, which means that certain foods are spontaneously easily digested at a certain time of the day, so it is good to eat them then.

Dr. Giffing was not satisfied with the final results obtained, so with many changes she came up with her personal program, which has been applied to patients at the Center since 2005, and was officially registered and patented in 2009, under the name CHRONO NUTRITION dr. GIFTING. It is unique in that it helps people reach their ideal weight and thus improve their health.

Just as there is a program for losing weight, there is also a program for gaining weight. It is adapted for vegetarian diets, vegans, fasting diets, as well as for developing children, as well as for pregnant women, and for all medical conditions.

I was thinking about how to bring you closer to what one of mine really looks like CHRONO DAN and I think this is the simplest way.

The restriction lasts a minimum of 28 days (4 weeks). This is the time when the body has enough time to cleanse itself of toxins. Personally, the most important thing for my body is to free it from white sugar, white flour and to learn when to eat which foods and at what time of day. For others, it is also very important that during that period they learn at what time to drink coffee (I have never drunk coffee in my life), how much and what kind. That smokers should also learn, when it's not good at all to light a cigarette, if they don't want to give it up already.

I start the day with a glass of lukewarm water and a little squeezed lemon. I try to stick to 1/2 hour of physical activity. After that, I drink another glass of herbal tea and after that I start to prepare my breakfast. By the time I prepare breakfast and take photos, 1/2 hour has passed and breakfast can begin. Breakfast must be plentiful and it is desirable that it has carbohydrates in the form of bread, which according to the principles of HI (chrono nutrition), butter, some light meat or eggs, and salad.

It is by no means good to be hungry until lunch, and that is why it is desirable to have a large breakfast, because you have to go 5-5,5 hours without food, and there is no snacking between meals.

Chrono diet - breakfast - you should have meat and bread every day for breakfast, and dairy 3-4 times a week, whole eggs - 8 pieces a week, egg whites unlimited. Dairy includes only sour milk (it is best to prepare it yourself, because it is not desirable that it contains sugar, starch and various additives), young cheese and young mozzarella. Kefir can also be used, but yours, homemade. You should not consume anything other than milk. Bread and milk is consumed only for breakfast.

Chrono diet - lunch it can be very nice and varied, if you let your imagination run wild and learn to combine foods. It is preferable to have some stronger red meat, raw or cooked vegetables and a salad in one meal, a must. Also, one should drink tea or a glass of water (not cold from the refrigerator) 1/2 hour before and after lunch. Eat as much lunch as you think will last you until dinner. It is not good at all to be hungry between meals, because then the body starts to use up muscles and stores fat.

Chrono diet - dinner is simple and light, it could literally be just for the sake of order, but you can eat the amount you need to satisfy your hunger. Keep it as simple as possible, one light protein and some green, yellow or white vegetables. It can be egg whites, white meat, fish... Don't eat anything from red vegetables for dinner, because red vegetables have a higher GI (glycemic index). The best choice is when you take one protein and one vegetable. Do not go to sleep immediately after dinner, let at least 1,5 hours pass.

Achieving results is, of course, individual. It all depends on your metabolism, the amount of weight you need to lose, your health and many other factors. Everything goes much easier and faster if you are accompanied at the Dr. Giffing Center.
