Chrono pastry - Chrono kitchen - If the taste of Chrono bread is not acceptable to you - change its shape. Make a pastry because the shape gives flavor to the food.

  • 250 g wholemeal flour (wheat)
  • 50 g of sifted flour
  • 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons of sunflower seeds
  • 3 g of salt
  • 3 dl water (lukewarm)
  • 2 teaspoons of baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
  1. Combine all dry ingredients (except baking soda), then add liquid ingredients (except lemon juice) and beat the dough.
  2. Let the dough rest for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Then add baking soda and lemon juice.
  4. Combine all ingredients.
  5. Pour the dough into a silicone baking tray (1 teaspoon of dough is enough) and let it rest until the oven is heated to 200 degrees.
  6. Bake for about 15 minutes.

Pastries/bread = breakfast because the rule says that bread is only eaten for breakfast.

All those who are not supporters of the chrono diet, but like to experiment, can eat this pastry for any meal.
