Crispy chicken in chips with tarator sauce - a phenomenal lunch in 30 minutes!
Crispy chicken, ingredients:
- 400g of chicken white meat
- 3 eggs
- 100 g breadcrumbs
- 100 g of chips
- 100 g of white soft flour
- so
- oil for frying
for the tartar sauce:
- 400 g of cucumber
- so
- 180 g of sour cream
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 2 cloves of garlic
- fresh dill
Approximate preparation time 30 minutes.
Crispy chicken, preparation:
- Clean and grate the cucumber.
- Salt the grated cucumber to release the water.
- Peel the garlic and cut half a lemon.
- Finely chop the dill.
- Drain the grated cucumber of excess water.
- Squeeze half a lemon over the cucumber.
- Add dill and garlic.
- Mix everything well with sour cream.
- Clean the chicken white meat from veins and cut into strips.
- Salt the meat.
- Prepare flour, eggs and chips for breading.
- Chop the chips and mix with the breadcrumbs.
- Heat the oil in a pan.
- Bread the meat in the following order: flour, eggs, chips with breadcrumbs.
- Fry the meat until golden.
- Remove the finished chicken on a paper towel to remove excess fat
- Serve as desired.
