Ice cream cake with strawberries - this creamy and fruity cake with a fantastic taste will refresh you in the coming hot days...

For the crust:

  • 5 pieces of egg whites
  • 250 g of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vinegar
  • 2 spoons of cocoa

For the cream:

  • 5 pieces of egg yolks
  • 9 spoon of sugar
  • 0,5 liters of milk
  • 7 tablespoon flour
  • 125 g butter
  • 3 sachets of vanilla

And more:

  • 100 g of powdered whipped cream
  • 3 spoons of powdered sugar
  • 180 g of sour cream
  • 200 g of strawberries (about 200 g)
  1. Beat egg whites with a mixer while gradually adding sugar. When the sham becomes firm and glossy, add the vinegar and at the end gently stir in the cocoa. Place baking paper in a small, round baking tray, pour the sham and bake for about an hour at a temperature of 120-150 degrees.

  2. Turn off the oven and let the crust cool in it, then remove it from the oven, remove the paper and place it on a round cake tray.

  3. For a foamy cream, beat the egg yolks with sugar and add them to the boiled milk. Add the vanilla sugar and cook the cream until it thickens, stirring constantly. Remove it from the heat and add the butter to the lukewarm. Beat well with a mixer until it becomes foamy and glossy.

  4. Apply cream on the crust and spread the strawberries over it.

  5. Beat the whipped cream with sugar and at the end add the sour cream and beat for another 2-3 minutes. Decorate the cake with whipped cream and strawberries, cool it well and serve.
