Ice cream recipe - how soon to refresh?
Ice cream recipe is the most requested recipe for refreshment on hot summer days. The best solution is to use fresh seasonal fruit and make a homemade delicacy to refresh the household and guests.
Throughout the summer, peaches offer refreshment, either in fresh form or in the form of fresh products such as juices and ice cream. It is rich in vitamins and minerals - of vitamins, it contains a larger amount of vitamin A and beta carotene, followed by B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B9, vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin K. Of minerals and metals, it contains calcium, magnesium, zinc and iron.
Fresh fruit ice creams are the best and healthiest solution to get a quick refreshment. A very simple and delicious ice cream recipe.
Peach ice cream, ingredients:
- 360 g of fresh peaches – peeled, pitted and cut into smaller pieces
- 30 g of white sugar
- 150 ml sour cream or thick yogurt/sour milk
- 390 gr condensed milk
- 340 g of powdered milk
- 2 ml of vanilla extract
- 150 ml whole milk, or as needed
Peach ice cream, preparation:
- Add the peach pieces, sugar and cream in batches to the blender and process.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the peach mixture, sweetened condensed milk, powdered milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until the mass is even.
- Add whole milk, if necessary to obtain a compact mass.
- Pour the mixture into a freezer container.
Recommendation: if you use an ice cream machine, the finished ice cream will be creamier.
