The basic principle of chrono nutrition is that the human body has natural chrono (time) rhythms of hormone and enzyme secretion. According to Dr. Delabaut's chrono principles, chrono breakfast is the most important meal of the day.

Today there are many followers of this revolutionary way of nutritional nutrition, but many are inclined to modify the original rules, to add new ones and to create practically completely new nutritional principles. Are they right?

So, I am telling you that this is a breakfast that you absolutely MUST consume and it is a guarantee of the success of your chrono diet, and know, if you skip breakfast, it will unfortunately lead to the downfall of your child, even if, in the beginning, everything is fine, because you have some weight to lose, but, in the following days, weeks, or months, it WILL be a complete disaster, if you do not eat breakfast in the morning.”

Eating breakfast before 8 a.m. is very important, because it respects the chronobiology of our organism, which takes care of how our body and organism function during the day. In the morning, our body assimilates very quickly animal fats, which are contained in cheese, and rebuilds cells.

Whole grain bread

How to determine the quantity? Take your height in cm, subtract 100 cm and divide it by 2. You have the amount of bread in grams. Example: for a height of 170 cm, your amount of bread is 35 gr. In most cases, you will get a very small amount of bread. Your body DOES NOT NEED more! The bread you consume MUST NOT contain even a little sugar! Read the packaging carefully! Olive oil

Get some sleep chrono bread with a little olive oil, to make it tastier.

How to determine the quantity? Take your height in cm, subtract 100 cm. And that's your amount of cheese for breakfast. Example: for a height of 170 cm, the amount of cheese is 70 gr. This amount should last you until noon or 13 p.m., when your lunch should be.
