Pizza margarita with four types of cheese. An excellent version of the Italian classic. Feta cheese adds a rich flavor that enhances this dish.

Pizza margarita, ingredients:

  • a quarter cup of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of minced garlic
  • half a teaspoon of sea salt
  • 4 tablespoons of tomato juice
  • tomatoes, 8 smaller ones, cut into rings
  • half-baked pizza crusts, 2 pieces, diameter 30-32 cm
  • 200 g of chopped mozzarella cheese
  • 100 g of grated hard mature cheese
  • 10 fresh basil leaves, washed, dried or XNUMX tablespoon dried basil
  • half a cup of freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • half a cup of crumbled feta cheese

Pizza margarita, preparation:

  • Mix olive oil, garlic and salt; add tomato juice and let stand for 15 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C.
  • Brush each pizza crust with some of the tomato marinade.
  • Sprinkle the pizza crusts evenly with Mozzarella and Fontina cheeses.
  • Arrange tomatoes on top, then sprinkle with chopped basil, Parmesan and feta cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown, about 10 minutes.
