Ivy's muffins.

Ivy's muffins, ingredients:

  • 2 eggs,
  • 200 g of crystal sugar,
  • 250 ml of milk,
  • 125 ml of oil,
  • 400 g of flour,
  • 1 bag of baking powder,
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda,
  • half a teaspoon of salt,
  • 100 g of cooking chocolate cut into smaller pieces.

Ivy's muffins, preparation:

  • Separate the eggs from the shell and put them in a deep dish, add milk, oil and mix the mass with a blender.
  • Add flour mixed with baking powder and baking soda to the mass, and add a little salt and mix the mass with a blender to even out the mass.
  • Add pieces of chocolate to the mixture and mix well again.
  • Grease each muffin mold with grease or oil and sprinkle with flour, or put paper baskets in the molds and fill them with the prepared mixture so that they are not filled to the top.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes - no longer, because then they will burn.

This mass makes 24 pieces of muffins. Muffins are prepared in about 70 minutes. As soon as they cool down, they can be eaten. They are easy to prepare. My granddaughter who is nine years old also makes them and loves them.
