Autumn salad full of vitamins - a delicious salad full of vitamins, an energy bomb for the body.

  • 1 piece of beetroot
  • 2 piece of carrot
  • 0,25 head of cabbage
  • salt (as needed)
  • oil (to taste)
  • 1 piece of apple
  • vinegar (to taste)
  1. Peel the beet, carrot and apple and grate them on the large side of the grater. Finely chop the cabbage and mash it with a little salt to soften it.

  2. Combine all ingredients, add salt, oil and vinegar. The best is apple cider vinegar, or wine vinegar, never alcoholic. Mix everything well again.
