Autumn salad full of vitamins - a delicious salad full of vitamins, an energy bomb for the body.
- 1 piece of beetroot
- 2 piece of carrot
- 0,25 head of cabbage
- salt (as needed)
- oil (to taste)
- 1 piece of apple
- vinegar (to taste)
- Peel the beet, carrot and apple and grate them on the large side of the grater. Finely chop the cabbage and mash it with a little salt to soften it.
- Combine all ingredients, add salt, oil and vinegar. The best is apple cider vinegar, or wine vinegar, never alcoholic. Mix everything well again.
