Why should you not eat between meals?

Eating between meals? Our organism functions perfectly, as long as the daily rhythm is normal. In order for our body to function normally, the most important thing is to provide it with a stable biorhythm. One should get up by 8 a.m. and go to sleep by midnight. Of course, this is not possible for every person, because many have night shifts, so they adapt to their needs and obligations.

In the period from 8 am to 20 pm we should have 3 main meals. It is very important that the period between meals is not shorter than 5 hours, and not longer than 5,5 hours. Why shouldn't we eat anything between meals, and that includes fruit and snacks and anything else?

In the course of 24 hours, the insulin level should normally reach three times its maximum - during each meal, the insulin level reaches its maximum. Then, over the next hour, the insulin slowly begins to decrease.

After any food intake, regardless of whether it is a regular meal or a snack, insulin needs 3 hours for its values to return to normal. And only after 3 hours after the introduction of food into the body, the cells begin to prepare for the release of fat.

The effect will be much greater and more intense, if there is any physical activity during that period. Fat release will be absent or fat accumulation will increase if we constantly eat food between meals. Even if we skip meals, starve, the effect will be unsatisfactory. In any case, it is not good to constantly eat something between meals, nor to skip the main meals.

It is enough to take just one bite, of any food, to activate the secretion of insulin from the pancreas. Thus, our body, in fact, stores fats all the time, which should be used for the body's energy needs.

Instead of cells consuming fat, they create it anew all the time. So, the biggest reason why we shouldn't eat between meals is that our fat tissues are constantly accumulating and we can't possibly reach the desired weight. Instead of helping our cells burn fat, we accumulate fat all the time.

We should have a certain percentage of fat tissue, but it is not good for the body if we have too much of it. Any excess is harmful to our body, but any deficiency is also bad for our body, because it is associated with many disorders and diseases.

The main and basic rule is that we must learn not to eat any other food between the three main meals.
