Juice with summer fruits - during the summer, for refreshment and replenishment of necessary minerals, it is best to use seasonal, summer fruits.
- 125 g of kefir
- 2 pieces of plum
- 1 piece of peach
- 1 piece of nectarine
- 50 g of forest fruit (frozen)
- 1 spoon of honey
- ice
- Wash and peel the fruit well.
- Put the fruits, kefir and honey in a blender (food processor) and mix until you get a uniform mass.
- Cool the juice, or add an ice cube before serving.
