Seemingly a simple topic, but for anyone with a little bit of imagination, it is topics like this that open some new doors and dimensions of thinking. This is how masterpieces are always created, seemingly simple, but completely different, specific and unique. It was probably also the idea of ​​the Gastronomad, Lepo Brka, when he set the topic of clips.

What are typical pinches? A dish made of dough, reminiscent of doughnuts, and more similar in composition to bread (so it is written on Wikipedia). They can be sweet or salty and are very popular in the entire region of the former Yugoslavia. In addition, they differ and are prepared in various forms.

For this time, we have prepared a recipe for you by Kristina Gašpar (blog Housewife for you): Yellow thumbtacks recipe, as an idea and a suggestion of what kind of recipes could interest and attract the attention of our jury, to give you the prize. Kristina Gašpar's recipe: Yellow paperclips, does not participate in the evaluation, because Kristina is one of the jury members. Yellow paper clips recipe, ingredients and method of preparation

ingredients:

  • 300 g of plain flour
  • 200 g of crumbled (harder) reduced-fat cheese
  • 100 g of finely grated carrots
  • 1 teaspoon of sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon curry
  • 1 teaspoon of turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 230 ml of yogurt
  • oil for frying

<strong>Preparation: </strong>

  • Combine all ingredients, then add yogurt and knead the dough.
  • Shape the pins with your hands and cut in the middle.
  • Fry them in a little hot oil for five minutes on one side and the other, at a medium temperature.
  • Arrange them on a kitchen towel.
  • Serve with yogurt, sour milk salad or something else as desired.
  • The amount is enough for 16 toothpicks.
