Kamut proja - Jadranka Blažić
Kamut proja - and this recipe is one of my many chronic nutrition projects.
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup full sour milk
- salt malabar spinach (or regular)
- 200 g of chopped, pressed sunka
- 100 g of small cheese
- 200 g of kamut semolina (or some other cereal)
- 100 ml of olive oil
- water
- 1 baking powder
- Pour eggs, sour milk, spinach, oil and 50 ml of water into a blender.
- Blend and pour into a mixing bowl and add the rest of the ingredients (except cheese) and mix to obtain a mass that is not thick. At the end, add the crumbled cheese, but mix it slowly with a whisk so that it remains visible after baking.
- Pour into muffin tins or bread tins or just pour into a pan.
- Bake at 210C/20′. I bake in silicone molds and I can't do more than 210C, if you don't bake in silicone, feel free to set it to bake at 220C and check with a toothpick when it's done.
