Cauliflower and parsnips - cauliflower should not be given in large quantities, especially to younger babies, because it creates gas, but later you can incorporate it perfectly into vegetable porridges.
- 1 handful of cauliflower (florets only)
- 1 piece zucchini (cut into pieces)
- 1 piece of white potato (diced)
- 4 pieces of baby carrots
- primrose leaf
- Peel everything except the zucchini and put it in a pot to cook. When it boils after 5 minutes, add the zucchini.
- Cook for a total of about 15 minutes from the moment of boiling.
- Strain the vegetables and put them in a blender.
- Blend until you get a smooth paste.
- Cool and check the temperature before serving to your baby.
