Cauliflower and parsnips - cauliflower should not be given in large quantities, especially to younger babies, because it creates gas, but later you can incorporate it perfectly into vegetable porridges.

  • 1 handful of cauliflower (florets only)
  • 1 piece zucchini (cut into pieces)
  • 1 piece of white potato (diced)
  • 4 pieces of baby carrots
  • primrose leaf
  1. Peel everything except the zucchini and put it in a pot to cook. When it boils after 5 minutes, add the zucchini.

  2. Cook for a total of about 15 minutes from the moment of boiling.
  3. Strain the vegetables and put them in a blender.
  4. Blend until you get a smooth paste.
  5. Cool and check the temperature before serving to your baby.
