Biscuit cake – delicious cream cake!

  • 500 g of square biscuits
  • 8 dl of milk
  • 2 strawberry puddings
  • 250 g margarine
  • 200 g of powdered sugar
  • 100 g jelly candies
  • 2 dl sour cream
  • 3 spoons of sugar
  • 3 bags of vanilla sugar
  • 1 glass of strawberry fruit yogurt
  • 250 g of whipped cream
  • 200 m of sweet cream
  • 100 g of white chocolate
  • 5 cream bananas
  • a little juice for soaking the biscuits
  • Mineral water
  • milk for whipping cream
  1. FIL 1:
  2. Whisk the pudding in a little milk, and bring the remaining milk to a boil. Cook the whipped pudding in the boiling milk. When it thickens, let it cool. Beat the margarine with powdered sugar until foamy and combine with the cooled pudding, then add the chopped green candies and combine.
  3. FIL 2:
  4. Beat the sour cream with sugar. Separately, beat 100 g of whipped cream according to the instructions on the bag, then mix it with the cream, add vanilla sugar and fruit yogurt. Mix everything well.
  5. File 3:
  6. Whip the remaining cream according to the instructions on the bag, then add chopped white chocolate and chopped bananas.
  7. Dip the biscuit in the juice and fill in the following way: biscuit, filling 1, biscuit, filling 2, biscuit, filling 3.
  8. Whip the sweet cream and decorate the cake as desired.
