Fantasy trio - Ivana Pešić
- Schnitzel:
- 4 pork chops
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of tomato puree
- 1 teaspoon of allspice
- some parsley
- 1 cube for soup

- Champignons:
- 200 g of mushrooms
- 150 g of cheese
- a little spice mix and pepper
- Mashed potatoes:
- 600 g of potatoes
- 50 g margarine
- 2 dl of milk
- so
- Beat the snickers with a hammer and stew them over low heat. Remove the finished schnitzels from the fat, then fry finely chopped garlic in the same fat. Add tomato puree and allspice. Return the schnitzels and pour the cooked soup over them to soak them. Cook for a few more minutes and remove from the stove.
- Clean the mushrooms, remove the stems, season and fill with grated cheese. Bake for about 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
- Boil potatoes in salted water, then mash them with milk and margarine.
- Serve snicle with mushrooms and mashed potatoes.
