Apple rolls.
Apple rolls, ingredients:
- 500 g of flour,
- 1/2 cube of yeast,
- a pinch of salt,
- 100 g of sugar,
- 2 vanilla sugar,
- 130 ml of water,
- 100 ml of milk,
- 80 ml of yogurt,
- 50 ml of oil,
- 1 egg yolk and
- 200 g of grated apples.

Rolls with apples, preparation:
- In a warm mixture of water and milk, with the addition of sugar, stir the yeast.
- Put flour, a pinch of salt, yogurt, oil, egg yolks, vanilla sugar, ground apples, and finally yeast in a bowl. Knead the dough.
- Put the dough in an oiled bowl, cover with transparent foil and leave to rest.
- When the dough has risen, transfer it to a floured work surface.
- Spread to the thickness of a finger and use a glass to remove scones.
- Arrange the scones in a pan lined with baking paper, let them rest for about fifteen minutes.
- Heat the oven to 180 degrees and bake the scones until they are nicely browned.
- You can sprinkle the scones with powdered sugar.
- Enjoy every bite!
