Cumin rolls - rolls sprinkled with cumin are very tasty and a little unusual.
Cumin rolls, ingredients
For the dough:
- 1 cube of yeast
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- kg about 1 flour
- 500 ml milk
- some water
- 200 dl oil
filling:
- 200 g of cheese
- 1 egg
for coating
- 1 egg
- a little nod
Cumin rolls, preparation:
- Put yeast, a little salt and a little sugar in a little milk of a total of half a liter.
- Put flour, oil, salt to taste in a mixing bowl, add eggs, and slowly pour in the yeast. Then add flour and milk and knead a soft, smooth dough and let it rise.
- When the dough has risen, divide it into 6 noodles, use a rolling pin to roll out a round crust from each noodle and cut 8 triangles for rolls. For the filling, mash the cheese, add the egg, add salt. Put the filling on each triangle, roll up the rolls, arrange them on a baking sheet. Brush them with beaten egg on top and sprinkle with cumin.
- Bake in a preheated oven until golden brown.
