Rolls with fat, traditional recipe.
Rolls with lard, ingredients:
- 400 g of fat,
- 600 g of flour,
- 4 dl sour cream,
- 1 teaspoon of dry yeast i
- a little salt.
File:
- Jam to taste (I used plum jam).
For sprinkling:
- powdered sugar with lemon flavor.
Rolls with lard, preparation:
- Grind the lard in a meat grinder (I didn't do that because I got it already ground), then knead it with flour, yeast, sour cream and salt.
- Make a smooth dough with your hands, then roll it out with a rolling pin and cut it into squares with a knife.
- Put a spoonful of jam in the middle of each square, fold it from one side and the other and bake it in a preheated oven.
- Roll the baked rolls in powdered sugar.
