Peanut bars my way - I improvised the recipe for these extremely tasty peanut bars according to my taste...

For the foundation:

  • 250 g of biscuits (ground)
  • 50 g of peanuts (ground)
  • 70 g of chocolate
  • 2 dl of milk

For the cream:

  • 4 dl of milk
  • 5 spoons of sugar
  • 1 bag of caramel-flavored pudding
  • 50 grams of caramel
  • 125 g of margarine
  • 150 g of peanuts (chopped)

For the chocolate topping:

  • 30 g of chocolate
  • 3 spoons of cocoa
  • 3 spoons of sugar
  • 1 tablespoons of oil
  • 1,5 dl of water
  1. For the base, dissolve sugar and chocolate in milk, remove from heat and add ml. biscuit and finally ml. peanuts. Mix everything well with your hands and spread it out on a suitable square or rectangular tray, up to 2 cm thick. Leave to cool.

  2. For the filling, put the sugar to dissolve, then add 3 dl of milk and caramel. Separately, mix the pudding with 1 dl of milk and add it to the milk. When it thickens, remove from heat and add margarine, beat with a mixer and finally add peanuts. Mix everything well and spread over the base.

  3. Mix sugar and water briefly in a small bowl, add cocoa and chocolate and let everything boil together for a minute or two. Remove from heat, add oil and pour over cake.

  4. When the cake has cooled and set, cut it into desired bars and serve.
