Veal with pumpkin and baby turnips - another delicious combination with veal for the winter period.
- 50 g of veal (thin piece)
- 3 slices of pumpkin (diced)
- 2 handfuls of baby carrots
- primrose leaf
- Put the veal in the water to cook.
- After ten minutes, add baby carrots, pumpkin (peeled and chopped) and parsley leaves. Cook for another 15 minutes, until everything is soft.
- Strain and save some liquid about 10ml. Put the liquid and other ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until you get a smooth paste.
- Cool and serve to baby. Be sure to check the temperature of the porridge before offering it to your baby.
