Veal with pumpkin and baby turnips - another delicious combination with veal for the winter period.

  • 50 g of veal (thin piece)
  • 3 slices of pumpkin (diced)
  • 2 handfuls of baby carrots
  • primrose leaf
  1. Put the veal in the water to cook.

  2. After ten minutes, add baby carrots, pumpkin (peeled and chopped) and parsley leaves. Cook for another 15 minutes, until everything is soft.
  3. Strain and save some liquid about 10ml. Put the liquid and other ingredients in a blender.
  4. Blend until you get a smooth paste.
  5. Cool and serve to baby. Be sure to check the temperature of the porridge before offering it to your baby.
