Peanut bars (lean) - for those who like the combination of caramel and peanut flavors, this is the right choice for any occasion, and it can be both a fatty and a lean version...

  • 200 g of sugar
  • 200 g of margarine
  • 150 g of chocolate (low fat)
  • 250 g of biscuits (lean, ground)
  • 150 g of peanuts (unsalted, finely chopped)
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa (low fat)
  • 1 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 dl of water
  1. Put the sugar in the bowl to melt, then when it turns a light caramel color (make sure it doesn't burn), add water, and after 1-2 hours add 100 gr. chocolate and let everything melt and combine. Then add the (blended) peanuts and finally the biscuit, then mix everything well. Place the resulting mixture on a rectangular tray covered with transparent foil, also cover with foil and spread the mixture nicely to a thickness of about 1,5-2 cm.

  2. Pour 3-4 spoons of water, 50 g of chocolate and cocoa powder into a small bowl, bring everything to a boil and when it thickens, add oil and pour the warm topping over the cake.
PS. I separately melted 2 bars of white chocolate and made these patterns with it.
