Klupchad with black sesame, ingredients:
You need for the dough:
- 150 g of butter or margarine,
- 500 ml of milk,
- 50 g of fresh or 7 g of dry yeast,
- 1 teaspoon of sugar,
- 1 teaspoon of salt,
- 700-800 g of flour.
For sprinkling on crusts:
- 300 g of grated cheese.
To coat:
- 2 eggs and 2 teaspoons of black sesame seeds.
Klupchad with black sesame, preparation:
- Melt butter or margarine over low heat.
- In a separate pan, heat the milk and mix it with the melted margarine.
- Mix the yeast with a little water and sugar and let it foam for a few minutes.
- When the margarine and milk have cooled enough for you to knead the dough with your hands, add the stirred yeast, salt, sugar and flour as needed until you have a soft and elastic dough. Cover and let it double in size.
- Divide the dough into three parts, stretch each part of the dough into a rectangle and sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Cut into strips 1 cm wide or narrower strips are elastic, roll them like balls.
- Beat two eggs with a fork and add black sesame seeds, coat the balls.
- Heat the oven, line the pan with baking paper and line up the buns.
- Bake until nicely browned.
