Sausages with vegetables - a very interesting taste.

  • 400 g of sausages
  • 5 pieces of carrots
  • 200 g of zucchini
  • 300 g of potatoes
  • 4 spoons of flour
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • pepper (if necessary, ground)
  1. Cut the potato and half of the carrot into large pieces and blanch them in salted water. Strain and mash them as for puree.

  2. Mix egg yolk, flour and spices into the puree, then form dumplings from the prepared mixture and lower them into boiling salted water. When they float to the surface, cook them for another 2 minutes, then drain the excess liquid.
  3. When they are drained, fry them in hot oil and leave them warm.
  4. Cut the courgettes and the remaining carrots into thin strips with a paring knife, add a little salt and fry them in the fat from the dumplings to soften them.
  5. Cut the sausages into pieces, pierce them with a toothpick in several places and also fry them for a short time.
  6. Combine sausages, vegetables and dumplings in a large bowl, season to taste and mix slowly.
