With or without meat, baked, fried, boiled - in any combination potato is certainly one of the favorite foods of Serbs.
You can prepare potatoes in a hundred and one ways, but the Swedes have made a real gourmet art out of it called Hasselback Potatoes, loosely translated - accordion.
The idea is ingenious because, apart from the fact that it looks irresistible when prepared this way, it leaves a lot of room for manipulating the taste, for example, you can put a piece of bacon, fish, cheese or some other food between each slice, depending on who likes what.
