Coconut cake - this is a recipe by Slavica Mitrović from Smilovac, simple, tasty and you don't need a lot of money for the ingredients.
Coconut cake, ingredients:
(measured with a 2 dl glass)
- two glasses of sugar
- one glass of oil
- one glass of milk
- one glass of yogurt
- one glass of coconut flour
- two cups of plain flour
- 1 baking powder
- 1 bag of vanilla sugar
- chocolate
Coconut cake, preparation:
- Beat the sugar, oil, milk and yogurt to dissolve the sugar, add the vanilla sugar, coconut flour and regular flour mixed with baking powder.
- Combine everything. divide the mass into two parts.
- Add 2 spoons of cocoa to one part, leave the other white.
- Grease a 30×20 cm baking tray or cover it with baking paper, spread the dark part, spread the white part with a spoon.
- Bake for about 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
- Cover the baked cake with glaze (melt 100 grams of chocolate with 3 tablespoons of oil).
