Cake with chocolate and hazelnuts.

Cake with chocolate and hazelnuts, ingredients:

For the crust:

  • 300 g of ground biscuits
  • 100 g of butter/margarine
  • 120 ml of chocolate milk

For the filling:

  • 1 liter of milk
  • 8 spoon of sugar
  • 3 bags (120g) of hazelnut flavored pudding
  • 1 teaspoon of density
  • 150 g of butter/margarine

Other:

  • 100 g of chopped hazelnuts
  • 100 g of chocolate
  • 4 spoons of milk
  • 10 pieces of petit biscuits
  • 2 tablespoons of raisins
  • 100 g of whipped cream
  • 200 ml milk

Cake with chocolate and hazelnuts, preparation:

  • Beat butter/margarine, add ground biscuits and chocolate milk, mix. Put in a pan with a ring (26 cm).
  • Finely chop the hazelnuts, put them over the crust and pat them with a spoon.
  • Melt the chocolate with 4 tablespoons of milk and pour over the hazelnuts.
  • Arrange broken petit biscuits and raisins.
  • Mix the pudding and the mixture, then pour in 200 ml of milk and mix well, so that there are no lumps. Put sugar in 800 ml of milk and heat (but do not boil). Pour in the pudding and mix at a moderate temperature until it thickens.
  • Remove from heat, add butter/margarine and stir to melt and combine.
  • Pour the pudding filling over the petit biscuits and raisins.
  • Place in the refrigerator to cool and harden. Remove the hoop.
  • Whip the whipped cream with milk and put it over the well-cooled cake.
  • Enjoy the taste!
