Mulberry cake.
Mulberry cake, ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups (from yogurt) of sugar
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 glass of yogurt
- 1 baking powder
- 2 cups of flour
- 200 g of mulberries (black or white, or a combination)
Mulberry cake, preparation:
- Beat eggs with sugar, then add oil, yogurt, baking powder and flour.
- Pour into a greased pan and top with fruit, black or white mulberries of your choice, or a combination.
