Spinach rolls.
Spinach rolls, ingredients:
- 500 g of flour,
- 1 cube of yeast,
- a teaspoon of sugar,
- a teaspoon of salt,
- 200 g chopped spinach,
- 4 tablespoons of oil and
- 3 dl of lukewarm water.

Spinach rolls, preparation:
- Dissolve the yeast in 1,5 dl of lukewarm water with sugar.
- Wait a little and then add oil, salt, chopped spinach, the rest of the water and flour.
- Knead the dough and let it rise.
- Then mix it and divide it first into three parts and then into five parts each, so that you get fifteen balls.
- Roll out each ball into a strip 25 cm long, then cut it in half.
- Roll like two sticks and twist one over the other and join the ends to get an oval shape.
- Heat the oven to 200 degrees, arrange the rings in a pan lined with baking paper and bake until they are nicely browned.
