Pear compote with vanilla and ginger - the compote is excellent for the tummy and strengthening your baby's immunity.

  • 1 pear (cut into slices)
  • 1 apple (cut into slices)
  • 1 piece of plum (cut in half)
  • ginger
  • vanilla stick
  1. Peel the fruit and cut into slices.
  2. Put in boiling water, along with a little ginger and a piece of vanilla stick (the size of a baby's fingernail).
  3. Let it boil for about 5 minutes.
  4. Strain to leave water that you can later give your baby to drink.
  5. Put all ingredients except vanilla in a blender.
  6. Put the vanilla in for half an hour to stand in the water you have separated, and then take it out and throw it away.
  7. Blend the fruit and ginger until you get a smooth paste.
  8. Cool and be sure to check the temperature before giving to baby.
