Pear compote with vanilla and ginger - the compote is excellent for the tummy and strengthening your baby's immunity.
- 1 pear (cut into slices)
- 1 apple (cut into slices)
- 1 piece of plum (cut in half)
- ginger
- vanilla stick
- Peel the fruit and cut into slices.
- Put in boiling water, along with a little ginger and a piece of vanilla stick (the size of a baby's fingernail).
- Let it boil for about 5 minutes.
- Strain to leave water that you can later give your baby to drink.
- Put all ingredients except vanilla in a blender.
- Put the vanilla in for half an hour to stand in the water you have separated, and then take it out and throw it away.
- Blend the fruit and ginger until you get a smooth paste.
- Cool and be sure to check the temperature before giving to baby.
